One of the girls' favourite spots to be at the moment is to climb up on the couch and then up onto the windowsill. Until I can get to the point of distracting them away I'm often keeping an eagle eye on this corner of the room and staying in close proximity when the girls are there...because they're not quite at the stage where they realise they really do need to be careful, or to realise that mummy is right when she tells them not to climb up there! Today, when trying to get Elise to stay down for about the 100th time I decided to make use of their curiosity and clean the windows with them...because they also love to help me when I'm tidying or cleaning. The following photos ensued, and I confess that it does look somewhat staged, because while I sprayed water and cleaned the windows, they played with the water-bottle, ran their fingers through the water droplets and picked up a cloth about once each :o)
